shopywear.store). Since all our t-shirts and apparel items are custom-printed and manufactured on-demand specifically for you, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and refunds. Please read our terms carefully before placing an order.🚫 Strict No Return & No Refund Policy
- All Sales Are Final: Once an order is successfully placed and delivered, it cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances.
- No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds or store credits if you simply change your mind or dislike the design after delivery.
- No Size Exchanges: Please review our size chart carefully before purchasing. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes ordered by the customer.
🔄 100% Free Replacement Policy
We want you to love your order! We will happily send you a 100% Free Replacement (at absolutely no extra cost to you) ONLY under the following strict conditions:
- Damaged in Transit: The product was physically damaged during delivery.
- Manufacturing Defect: The apparel has torn fabric, stitching issues, or poor print quality.
- Wrong Item Delivered: You received a completely different design, color, or variant than what you ordered.
- Wrong Size Delivered by Us: The size printed on the tag does not match the size you ordered in your invoice.
⚠️ Mandate Conditions for Replacement Claims
To claim a free replacement, you must strictly follow these rules:
- Time Limit: You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the package. Requests made after 48 hours will be automatically rejected.
- Mandatory Video Proof: You must provide a clear, uncut Unboxing Video and clear photos showing the damage or defect. Without an unboxing video, no replacement will be processed.
- Product Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging with all product tags fully attached.
SHOPYWEAR reserves the ultimate right to reject any replacement request that fails to fulfill the above-mentioned conditions.
