Refund policy

At ShopyWear, every product is made-to-order and printed only after you place your order. Please read this policy carefully before ordering.

1. No Refunds

We do not provide refunds for any reason, including:

• Change of mind

• Product not liked after receiving

• Size not fitting (when the correct size was ordered)

• Wrong size selected by the customer

2. Free Replacement (Only in These Cases)

We will provide a free replacement only if:

• There is a printing defect or printing issue

• There is a material/cloth defect

• We have sent the wrong size (example: you ordered L, but we sent XL or XS)

• We have sent the wrong design or wrong product

In all the above cases, replacement will be free of cost after verification.

3. Size Related Issues

We provide a detailed Size Chart on every product page.

• Please check the Size Chart carefully before placing your order.

• If you selected the wrong size, or the size is correct but does not fit as expected, it will not be considered our fault.

• In such cases, no refund or free exchange will be provided.

• If you want a different size, you will need to place a new order.

4. How to Request Replacement

For any eligible replacement request, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please share:

• Order number

• Clear unboxing video (without cuts)

• Clear photos of the product, tags, and packaging

Requests without proper unboxing video and photos may not be approved.

6. Important Notes

Claims without a valid unboxing video and supporting photos may not be approved.
Products that have been used, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned without original tags are not eligible.
Choosing the wrong size or not checking the Size Guide is not considered a seller error.
ShopyWear reserves the right to refuse any claim that does not meet the above conditions.
