Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at SHOPYWEAR (shopywear.store). Since all our t-shirts and apparel items are custom-printed and manufactured on-demand specifically for you, our shipping process includes both production time and delivery time.
Please read our shipping guidelines below to understand how and when your order will be delivered.

⚙️ 1. Order Processing & Production Time

Because we do not maintain a ready-made inventory and print every design freshly upon order, each item goes through a strict production process:

  • Processing Time: It takes 2 to 4 business days to print, quality-check, and pack your t-shirt before it is handed over to our courier partners.
  • Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and national holidays.

🚚 2. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is successfully printed and dispatched from our facility, the estimated delivery time depends on your location within India:

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of India (Tier 2/Tier 3 Cities & States): 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.
  • North-East India & Remote Regions: 7 to 10 business days after dispatch.
Total Estimated Time (Production + Shipping): Ideally, your order will reach your doorstep within 5 to 9 working days from the date of placing the order.

⚠️ 3. Delayed Orders (Unexpected Delays)

While we and our courier partners try our best to deliver your products on time, sometimes unexpected delays can happen due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions, floods, or natural disasters.
  • Public holidays, heavy festive seasons (like Diwali, Eid, New Year), or sudden strikes/lockdowns.
  • Operational issues or flight delays with the courier company.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, we request you to wait for an additional 3-4 working days. You can check the live tracking link sent to your email or phone for real-time updates.

🔍 4. Lost Orders (Packages Lost in Transit)

A package is considered officially "Lost" only if the courier partner updates the tracking status as "Lost" or if there is no tracking update for more than 15 consecutive days after dispatch.

  • Our Action: If your package is officially declared lost by our courier partner, do not worry. SHOPYWEAR will print and ship a brand-new replacement order to you at 100% free of cost.
  • No Refunds: Please note that we do not offer cash refunds for lost orders; we will only provide a fresh replacement.

📡 5. Order Tracking (Live Updates)


  • As soon as your order is packed and dispatched, a Tracking ID/AWB Number will be automatically generated.
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation Email and SMS containing the tracking link.
  • You can also track your live order status directly on our website by visiting our "Track Your Order" page and entering your Order Number and Email ID.

💵 6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules & Verification

To ensure genuine deliveries and prevent fake orders, we follow strict COD protocols:

  • Verification Call/WhatsApp: Our team may contact you via automated phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your COD order before processing. Unverified COD orders will be automatically cancelled after 48 hours.
  • Refusal of Delivery: If a customer refuses to accept a verified COD order at the time of delivery without a valid reason, they will be blacklisted from making any future purchases on SHOPYWEAR.

📍 7. Wrong Address & Delivery Failure


  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is strictly responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address, including the proper Pincode and a working mobile number.
  • RTO (Return to Origin): If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, non-availability of the customer after multiple attempts, or wrong phone number, re-shipping charges of ₹80–₹100 will apply to ship the package again.
